    Update: well I installed new converter today. I still have p0741 tcc stuck off. I ran the van on the rack and watched tcc % and it stayed steady at 100 %. I beleive My sprocket count is right. This one is kicking my <<>>>. Any help out there on this code. I'm going to pull it out; and put back on the table. Recheck everythang again. Murrell

    Update: I have replaced valve body. I also sent to ford for a reflash. still no change. well ALSO WHEN YOU DRIVE ON THE HIGHWAY AT 70 MPH YOU CAN SEE THE TCC % GO UP TO 100 % STAY FOR JUST A SECOND THEN DROP TO 0% . THEN IT GOES BACK UP TO 100% THEN DROPS BACK TO 0%. THEN HERE COMES PO741 TCC STUCK OFF.I'M GOING TO PUT A NEW CONVERTER IN IT TOMMORROW. ANY HELP WOULD BE VERY APPRECIATE. Murrell

    Update: Thanks for all the ideas. Have not talked to customer for a week hope its fixed. all I did so far was raise TV presure. we will see.
